I. Job Title: Property Waste Attendant (Pay Up to $1000 per month for 45 min to 2 hr per night)
Location: Houston, TX
Job Description: Report to your designated property 5 nights a week to collect bagged waste and
transport it to the on site dumpsters or compactor area.
Requirements: High School Diploma, must be dependable, friendly and be able to pass a criminal
and motor vehicle background check.

II. Job Title: General Labor Crew Member (Pay Up to $400 per week)
Job Description: We are currently looking for General Labor work crews as contract employees.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to picking up trash, yard mowing, edging, trimming, flower
bed clean outs, debris and personal property removal from single-family homes and offices. Work
crews will be required to remove heavy debris and hauling it off to landfills via trailer or moving truck.
We are in immediate need of crew members with full size pickup with tow package on trucks that can
pull one of our company trailers.
Requirements: Must have good driving record and state mandated insurance on your vehicles. Crew
Members must be able to drive a pickup with a trailer.

This position will assist the owner of the company in all areas of administrative support.
Job Description: This position will require someone that is able to handle a variety of office responsibilities. One must computer literate and very skilled in all
of Microsoft Office software. We are seeking someone who can consider himself or herself as an intermediate to expert computer user. (Ie.Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Microsoft Publisher) We are also seeking someone who has experience in payroll and can operate Quickbooks Accounting Software.
Other responsibilities will include daily scheduling of our work crews and dispatching them to work locations. This position will be a fast pace environment,
deadline based business and one must be able to handle and meet the deadlines.
There will be a probation period of 90 to 120 days and if the incumbent does well the position will be offered as a full time employee. If the above job
